As the president and chief executive officer of Plasma Ruggedized Solutions (PRS), Mr. Stameson has over 40 years of expertise and has made a name for himself in the business. PRS has become a leader in engineering applications and advanced protective coatings under his direction. He works closely with the marketing and operational departments and is crucial in managing bids, client interactions and establishing quantifiable goals for his teams.

Since co-founding PRS in 2008, Mr. Stameson has propelled the business to the forefront of producing top-notch goods for various industries, including aerospace. PRS is certified by prestigious organizations such as the MDA, NADCAP, ITAR, NASA and AS9100.

Mr. Stameson was the chief executive officer and principal of Aegis Precision Technologies before joining PRS. His vast history includes positions as director of operations for the Vickers brand at the Eaton Corporation, where he oversaw a $150 million division, president of Qual Pro Corporation, senior vice president and general manager of Aurora Electronics and director of business operations at Parker Aerospace. Mr. Stameson started his career as a program manager at Hughes Aircraft, where he was quite successful with international and intelligence programs.

Mr. Stameson graduated from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in finance and international business. He went on to receive a Master of Business Administration in finance and marketing from Pepperdine University in 1985. Subsequently, he completed his studies at the Program Management School of American Graduate University in 1992. In addition, Mr. Stameson attended the California Institute of Technology to study orbital mechanics and mechanical engineering.

Mr. Stameson has been involved in professional groups, such as the Association for Corporate Growth in Silicon Valley. He has been a board member since 2008 and remains up-to-date on industry initiatives. Likewise, Mr. Stameson serves as a panel member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Survey of Business Uncertainty, which conducts monthly surveys that touch upon virtually all sectors and industries of the American economy.

Among his most noteworthy accomplishments, Mr. Stameson is particularly pleased with his contributions to the creation and patenting of Kryptos-17, a state-of-the-art epoxy compound intended for harsh space conditions. The compound required 16 previous iterations to successfully refine the formula.

Mr. Stameson credits his parents for instilling in him the values of hard work and humility. He intends to guide PRS's future development and growth, especially as it ventures into new areas.
