BNY Mellon Alcentra Global Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. Announces Details of Liquidation

BNY Mellon Alcentra Global Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. (Ticker: XALCX) (the "Fund") announced today additional details concerning the liquidation and termination of the Fund. In accordance with the Fund's Charter, the Fund's Board of Directors has approved the termination date of the Fund. The Fund will terminate at the close of business on or about August 29, 2025, approximately the sixth anniversary of the closing date of the Fund's initial public offering (the "Termination Date"). The final NAV is expected to be calculated on the Termination Date with final distributions to be made the week of September 2, 2025.
