Two Nintendo Booths Will Feature Games on Nintendo Switch 2, Including Kirby Air Riders, Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Borderlands 4 and More
At PAX West 2025, taking place in Seattle from Aug. 29 – Sept. 1, Nintendo will be spreading out across two booths in the Arch Building Expo Hall to showcase game demos on the recently released Nintendo Switch 2 system, with a variety of new games and iconic franchises making their debuts on the platform this year.

At PAX West 2025, taking place in Seattle from Aug. 29 – Sept. 1, Nintendo will showcase game demos on the recently released Nintendo Switch 2 system.
Nintendo will debut the first public hands-on demo in the U.S. for the all-new vehicular action game Kirby Air Riders, developed by game director Masahiro Sakurai. Gamers will also have a chance to catch, battle and Mega Evolve Pokémon in real time while playing the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition game demo. Please note that both game demos require a separate Warp Pipe Pass reservation1. The Warp Pipe Pass registration period begins Aug. 21 at 9 a.m. PT, with reservations available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit this page to register for a Warp Pipe Pass.
In another booth, located right around the corner, Nintendo will have gamers adventure through the vast, haunted kingdom of Hollow Knight: Silksong, let them wreak havoc and score epic in-game loot in Borderlands 4, quest through The Lands Between in ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition, battle for the soul of Midgar in FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE, and master dark sorcery in a quest to defeat the Titan of Time in Hades II. Reservations are not required to visit this booth.
