Launchpad Streetlight Acquisition Corp. (“Launchpad Streetlight”) is a blank check company formed by members of Streetlight Ventures LLC, a restaurant management and investment platform, and Launchpad Capital, a venture capital firm with extensive SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company) sponsorship experience. The blank check company will be targeting restaurants, hotels and other hospitality industries; hospitality-focused technology; casinos, gaming and entertainment industries; food and beverage companies; retail and consumer goods companies; food and food-related technology and professional sports teams; in addition to sectors that service or are connected to these industries.
